In the last three years Vienna Banking Forum succeeded to become one of the most significant events for the banking community. It serves as an unique international meeting point for bankers, financial experts and high profile officials from the CIS countires, Middle Asia, Central, Eastern and Western Europe. The topics of co-operation between CIS and Eastern European financial institutions, perspectives of development, investment potential, and economic co-operation are in the main focuse of the Forum discussions.
The Forum 2010 is about to become even more interesting and promising event. The new important topics and effective networking event formats are to come and to be used at the next Forum. FORUM 2009

On April 23-25, 2009, the 3rd Banking forum for CIS countries & Eastern Europe took place in the Congress Center of Messezentrum Wien in Vienna, Austria. This time the forum was held together with the 20th, jubilee BACEE Country and Bank Conference. Around 200 heads and top-managers of the largest banks of Russia, CIS states, Central- and Eastern European countries, leaders of international and national banking associations, representatives of the international financial organisations, governments of Austria, Russia, CIS participated in the 3rd Banking Forum.
